# Build a site with an AI agent

An AI agent such as Claude can build a miow site for you through miow's MCP server at miow.me/mcp. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is how an agent reaches tools on another service, and miow's tools make, write, read and search sites. ## How do I add miow to my agent?

In Claude Code, run:

```
claude mcp add --transport http miow https://miow.me/mcp
```

Any other agent takes https://miow.me/mcp as an MCP server. Or have an agent build it, on miow.me's home page, shows both and what to ask.

## Who owns the site the agent makes?

Nobody, until you claim it. The agent gives you two links: one to see the site and one to claim it. Open the claim link and save a passkey, and the site is yours. An unclaimed site is deleted after seven days.

## Can the agent still change it after I claim it?

Yes, until you remove its key in Settings, under Agents; see [Give an agent access to a site](/docs/agents/give-an-agent-access).
