# Pages and the menu

A site's pages are listed under Pages in the bar on its owner page, where they are added, renamed, put in the menu and deleted.

## How do I add a page?

Press Add a page, on Pages or in the menu over the page. Give it a heading, which its address is made from, write it, and press Create the page.

## How do I change a page's title or address?

On Pages, each page has "Title, for the menu and the browser tab", Address, and a search snippet: one sentence on what the page is for, which search engines show under its title.

## How do I put a page in the menu?

Tick In the menu beside it on Pages, and move it with the arrows.

## Where does the menu sit?

Under Header, "Where the menu is" puts it In the header, In a sidebar, with the search box and the page's sections, or In both. Every site has a search box: in the sidebar where there is one, otherwise in the header.

## How do I delete a page?

Press Delete page beside it on Pages. It goes at once, without asking, and [History](/docs/edit/undo-a-change) brings it back.
