# Messages and comments

Inbox, in the bar on a site's owner page, holds the messages sent through its contact form and the comments waiting for approval. The count beside it is both together.

## How do I answer a message?

Press Reply, which opens an email to the sender in your own email app. Only owners see messages, and Delete removes one once it is dealt with. miow does not email you when one arrives, so check Inbox.

## How do comments appear on the site?

A page with a Comments block collects them, and each shows on the page once you press Approve. Delete removes one.
